Each Applicant shall have their
credit rating verified. Adverse
reports (delinquent accounts
or unpaid judgments) may disqualify
applicants.
EMPLOYMENT CHECK: Each applicant
will have their employment and
source of income verified.
a. We require
that the applicants’ combined
income be 3 times the amount
of monthly rent.
b. For
Example: If rent is $300/month,
applicants combined income
must be at least $900.
LANDLORD REFERENCES: Current & prior
landlord references will be checked.
We consider:
a. Previous failure to pay rent
on time.
b. Applicant’s willingness & ability
to care for the current or past
rental unit.
c. Frequency of moves and length
of lease in previous rental units.
