Rental Steps

  1. Review available rentals
  2. Drive by rental of interest
  3. Fill-out and submit application(s)
  4. Make appointment to view rental
  5. If you love it…submit $25 credit check fee
  6. We process your application (approx. 2-days)
  7. Sign leasing contract
  8. Move in!


Selection Requirements

All applicants over the age of 18 must complete an application and are subject to the $25 credit check fee.

  1. CREDIT CHECK:
    Each Applicant shall have their credit rating verified. Adverse reports (delinquent accounts or unpaid judgments) may disqualify applicants.

  2. EMPLOYMENT CHECK: Each applicant will have their employment and source of income verified.

    a. We require that the applicants’ combined income be 3 times the amount of monthly rent.

    b. For Example: If rent is $300/month, applicants combined income must be at least $900.

  3. LANDLORD REFERENCES: Current & prior landlord references will be checked. We consider:
    a. Previous failure to pay rent on time.
    b. Applicant’s willingness & ability to care for the current or past rental unit.
    c. Frequency of moves and length of lease in previous rental units.
