TENANT SELECTION

  • We require tenants to drive by the property before beginning the process
  • An application is submitted and processed
  • Credit checks done on all applicants over 18 years
  • Verify employment and stated income
  • Verify past landlord references (ability to pay rent on time and keep property in good condition)
  • Verify personal references

TENANT MANAGEMENT

  • Negotiate and prepare lease using California Association of Realtors lease agreements
  • Collect Rent and Security Deposit
  • Conduct thorough Move-in Inspection
  • Owner then responsible for collecting rent and facilitating maintenance issues

YOUR ACCOUNT

  • Turn tenant over to owner, leaving renters with owner name, address and phone number
  • Provide owner with initial statement and check (Security Deposit and First Months rent)
  • Provide owner with tenant contact information, contract, application and credit check.
